These businesses are vetted by CEBA and presented in an investor ready form with information enabling the investor to make an early decision in principle – the Investor Information Pack. Details of the SME and relevant documentation will be available on the website (although hard copy can be supplied upon request). The website will enable investors to make investments either as individuals or in a group (commonly known as a syndicate), or both.

CEBA is well aware of the need to bring forward businesses that have been educated in the needs of investors and screen opportunities with this intent. A complete “package” will be designed to cover pre-investment details to post funding support.
