Patricia Geraghty – is an experienced executive whose Managing Director and Senior Manager achievements include developing new business plans, best practice analysis, implementing operational functions, financial analysis, and long term strategic planning. She has experience in bringing commercial propositions to the business marketplace. Patricia has been identifying opportunities for funding for the last 5 years, working with Advantage Creative Fund and Advantage Business Angels.

David Clark – is a qualified Solicitor, although he no longer retains a practicing certificate. He has been involved in SME fund raising since 1980 when, as one of the principals, he helped form Mercia Venture Capital, which raised over £14million and invested this in over 45 companies under the then Business Expansion (tax relief) Scheme. Until recently, he was Investment Manager with Advantage Business Angels, being involved in over 75% of that companies fundings, investing over £7million. He has recently gained the FSA recognised Corporate Finance qualification.
